Home-made Provencal soup
‘Moules Mariniere’ - fresh mussels steamed with white wine, garlic and cream
Grilled goats cheese served with an asparagus and spring
onion salad and aged balsamic
Chicken liver parfait, wrapped in smoky bacon and served with a
caramelised cointreau and orange compote
Fruits de Mer - seafood salad of calamari, prawns, scallops and mussels in a red pesto dressing

Plats de Resistance/Main Courses

Grilled Toulouse sausage on a bed of mash potato with a caramelised red onion sauce
Roasted salmon fillet served with sautéed courgettes and a white
wine and chive sauce
Oven roasted chicken leg and thigh coated in a rich tomato and herb sauce
Classic Beef Bourguignon, slowly cooked beef in red wine, shallots and bacon
Puff pastry case filled with broccoli, ricotta and spinach, served with Provencal tomatoes
