Taken far too soon and far too quickly, our General Manager Andre, tragically passed away after a short illness on April 1st. In over 30 years working within hospitality, Andre was by far the most professional, dedicated and experienced person I have ever had the privilege to work with. His love for his family was rightly always first, his love for Chez Jules a close second. We have lost a husband, a father, a brother, a son and our soul mate. We are all devastated and heartbroken, yet we will always look up to you and ensure your professionalism and exacting standards are forever within our DNA.
Andre, I know you would say the show has to go on and so it shall - with all our hearts, endeavours, creativity and passion, as we always have. You will be dearly missed, as a colleague and a true friend. Your integrity, honour, courage and conviction will be with us always, shine bright my friend.
